There is no "selective" enforcement of identification of members or guests. The Zink Ranch staff, and Red Castle Members are encouraged to check unknown or unrecognized shooters credentials. This is a standard protocol that helps maintain the rules and order of the Zink Ranch. Without rules and order, the Ranch and the Range would be a dangerous if not disorderly place.

First to clear the air. They don't discriminate based on skin color or anything like that. The only times you'll get a cold reception is when you walk up to the range wearing clothes that make you look like a walking add for a dispensary, gang/anarchists type clothing, have that typical karen attitude. It's not what you look like, it's how you present yourself. Common sense would go a long way here. Smell like pot or alcohol, have to be told more than once to not touch your weapon on cease fire, handle firearms in an unsafeway, you will get the boot. Too far from a hospital for any negligence. Its a great relaxed range as long as all rules are followed. My only gripe is I can't get here any more with my car because it's not a jeep or truck. The pits a deep enough to bottom out my sadan which is disappointing as I can now only go when I can bumb a ride from a friend who's got a F-250 as I bottom out multiple times going down and up the hill.

Came here to shoot with my husband for the 2nd time but this time we had an older man in overalls meet us outside with a horrible attitude. He treated us like we were trespassing first and when we informed him we were members he then proceeded to just have a horrible attitude towards us. We went inside and shot a little bit but just wanted to leave due to this old man in overalls ruining our experience. Please run away if you see him working.

Older man in overalls who watches their parking lot is confrontational with select people of color. Use caution when in this area or dealing with subjects that claim to be members of the club. If the demeanor of this subject is indicative of their club values, use caution. I did not have a problem relocating but the manner in which we were “selected” and asked to prove membership over other subjects in the lot was clearly due to race. If parking is an issue, it might help to have better signage and not send out someone without any identifying information to enforce the parking. The older gentleman made our whole party extremely uncomfortable.

I come here for the SASS (single action shooting society) club. My original review of the club has changed as leadership at the club finally changed and it seems for the better in a lot of ways. We've now been members of the oitdoor range for the last 2.5 years or so after having been denied many times (over many years) by former leadership even though we openly volunteered and helped at the outdoor range at the cowboy club. The new leadership has been great. Repairs and new coverings for the long range area have been quick. I recommend this club if you're looking for a good range and a good club.

Love Red Castle...indoor range is in Tulsa. The outdoor range is a bit of a drive, but very pretty and they have something for everyone
