I went in to h and h Josh, Manny and Zach were all incredibly helpful, from showing me different guns to gunsmithung services and the range itself i couldn't recommend the place or the folks more.

Would not recommend terrible employees

We‘ve had a great experience on the shooting range. As Eurpean travelers we wanted to shoot some US guns and this shooting range was recommended to us. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the rental process was easy and hassle free. The selection of guns for rental was quite big, we enjoyed trying several ones out.

I have gone to the store three times. The first time, I went to purchase a gun and the experience was amazing. The customer service was great and the purchase took less than 10 minutes, which is great. The second time, I went to the range and the experience was great. The employees at the counter were very helpful. The third time, I went to purchase another gun. This time, one of the employees noticed that I was trying to get a blue label Glock 45 mos. The employee asked if I had my military orders, and I mentioned that I am resident of the state, therefore I don’t need the orders. The employee insisted that I needed my orders, or I would have to buy the gun at the regular price. I had to explain again that I am state resident, and not too long ago, and I went through the process at this store too. No military orders were needed since I had my Oklahoma license. The employee then asked how were they going to verify about my military status, and I simply replied that I have my military ID. After some back and forth, the employee finally realized that I was correct, and instead of helping me check out, he decided to grab another employee and had him check me out. Working in customer service job in the military, I found the interaction with the employee very unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and apologizing, the employee turned me over to someone else. I love this place and hopefully there is some training in place to avoid these situations.

We loved manny!! He was awesome help same with Scott. Manny was very knowledgeable and personable to us and over guns and even gave his own person opinion we ended up going with the gun manny showed to us but checked out with Scott! Great people.

Today was my first time shooting here and it was a great experience. I shot my bow at the bow range and it was very quiet and not too busy. Staff was helpful as well.

Applied for a suppressor here as it’s the only thing they seem to be competitively pricing. Ever since paying, the process has been nothing but painful.

came back afterwards and service seems to have improved with staff taking more time to see about your needs. 4 stars

Left a 2 star review about a year ago and y'all have genuinely improved more knife selection,weapon mounted lights and more used gun selection. And most important which is way more friendly staff I'm so glad to see this from h&h the only thing that holds back from 5 star is the lanes need some more ventilation hope to see that soon but so far I'm glad to see improvement
