Awesome experience! Highly recommend
Have not shot clays in over 40 years, with Greg's expert hands on advice the entire clay shooting experience was spectacular and was able to quickly start hitting targets Great time and I enjoyed The stations and the different Trajectories and speeds of the clays We will definitely return often!
We signed up for a two hour training session for "newbies" for three shooters as well as a shotgun rental (12 gauge pump action Bernelli) and a 150 rounds. Greg was the trainer and he coached us on everything - how to read the ammunition boxes, how to load and unload the shotgun, how to safely walk with the shotgun, how to use the rail for sighting, and focus/follow the clay bird. What a blast! At the first stand we practiced shooting birds that were launched from one machine. Within 15 minutes and at another stand we practiced shooting birds launched from two different machines. About an hour later Greg said we were ready for "relay" shooting where the first bird is launched from #1 and the second bird is launched automatically a second or two later. Total fun! We used ten different stands where each stand had a different bird flight path. I highly recommend Clay Bird Sports and Greg as an instructor. Watch out for that rabbit launch - very hard to lead and hit that jack rabbit.
Friendly staff, nice range. Only problem I had was being bad at shooting
Great course! Friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff. Always a good time. Welcoming to new-bees, and there's always a few tricks to keep the course interesting for every level of shooter. Highly recommended. [It's like golf, except the hole explodes!] ;)
Great course and friendly service. Greg is a great coach and has really helped progress my abilities.
This place is great because of the very kind people that run it. The courses are varying, challenging and fun. Gregg is a superb guy that instructs with out judgement (a blessing in my case).
