I got screamed at and humiliated BY THE OWNER in a lobby full of people before being kicked out. I was following the rules so I have no idea what lead up to this point. Based off of other reviews; anger issues and poor temper are a common theme with him and this place. I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and notified the ATF hotline, I also filed out a report with the local PD since he had his hand on the gun on his hip during the whole encounter.

First time to a shooting range. Had Steve as an instructor for me and my family. It was a wonderful experience and he is an incredible instructor. Had us shooting bulls-eye from the go! Can't wait to go back.

I went a few years ago and the staff were rude. It stuck out to me so much that I came to review years later. My buddy and I were looking through targets to shoot at and the staff said "don't take those all the way out, we'll make you pay for each and every of them" without a hint of humor. Couldn't feel any less welcomed in this extremely uncomfortable environment the whole way through. Thought maybe all shooting ranges were like this, as I was new to shooting at the time, but I went to another local one and experienced actual customer service.

Great place & great people! Relaxed environment. Plan to buy membership.
