Ordered a henry heritage big boy. They called when it was ready and I picked it up today. The whole process was easy. No waiting at the gun counter. Go to customer service tell them you have an online order and the 1st available rep from the gun counter takes care of you. Great way to buy a firearm. Thank you vances.

Hands down best store the staff is absolutely amazing. Also last week this is the only gun store out there where you can get points to buy whatever you like in the store when you spend money at Vance's. Would love to work there.
