Range USA Newtown

Wow! Looks like a Kmart compared to the previous owner (Ready line). From country club to Kmart atmosphere.

Meh this place was way better when it was ready line, drove a half hour to shoot the long range and was disappointed the "all guns must be in cases sign" on the door, never been to a range before that didn't accept barrel flags for a rifle coming in the door, some people with long guns don't have cases for all their rifles especially when bringing multiple to a range, I'll go elsewhere to shoot in the future

This is one of the worst businesses I have ever been in contact with. They don't know what they are doing; it seems they opened the store yesterday 1- This is my first time in this place. I went to practice, and I requested to rent their guns. Because this is my first time in this store, they told me I can not rent any gun if I bring a former customer of this store, and they said to me that after i filled up all the paperwork and they asked me my id like 5 times and they said i had to watch some videos on their ipad, is is unreal why did not tell me that in advance before wasting my time. (it runs like a satanic sect looks like, why do I need to bring a former customer to practice in their facility? This is absurd. 2- I wanted to buy a Mark IV handgun, and told me to fill up the form etc, after a while the told me to go home and they will call me when the paperwork is approved, it has been 3 weeks and still nothing and i sent them an email trought their website and they gave me the ticket #424497 and in the ticket said i had to call to the branch directly, i did that and i gave them the ticket # and they said they can not see the ticket # that i have to call to corporate, this company is a joke the left hand does not know what they right hand is doing

My instructor, Allen was so patient with me, as a newbie. I ended up feeling very comfortable with firearm safety and shooting.

First time there, liked it a lot, service was great!

Stopped in the other day to check out the new store. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the store was and ended up picking up a used item. The gentlemen working were polite and efficient. I will for sure be back in the future.

Great service by phone and upon arrival from staph for my second experience at a firing range. I miss understood signage regarding refilling magazines within the firing range. After clarification it was clearer to me. Perhaps using AI with signage would avoid a rookie’s confusion.

I am a new gun owner & shooter. I decided to take the basic hand gun class here and I highly recommend it! My instructor was very kind and patient with me and the other student. I definitely will be taking other courses there and my CCW class!
