Get a membership . Then a year later try to cancel it . Like a timeshare . Wouldn't cancel my membership after multiple emails and phonecalls . So I changed bank accounts . The only option I had . Now they got my sons phone number and messaged him. He us and never was on my account . How they got his # I don't know . The message they sent him was threatening to send this to collections. Go on and get a membership . Just don't plan on getting out ! -5 star review. Awful place and customer service .

El mejor shooting range de Ohio. Excelente precio y puedes probar y rentar muchas armas. Sus trabajadores son muy amables también...

The membership service here is borderline criminal. God forbid you ever want to cancel because they make it nearly impossible. Between nobody answering the phone and the super shady foreign financial company they go through for their memberships it's like they don't care about the customers at all, only your subscription and your money. The fact that you have to request to cancel your membership just rubs me the wrong way. These aggressive tactics shouldn’t be legal. Please let my review and all the other reviews talking about this serve as a warning to new customers. Don’t become a member, don’t make the same mistake I did. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had an online order sent to Midwest shooting center for ffl transfer because they already had this store's info on file and I like convenience. If you are not a member and not planning to be, go ahead and do yourself a favor and move along elsewhere for purchases or transfers. 50$ transfer fees if you are non member!!! 50$!!! for 5 minutes of paperwork. So much for getting a deal on the firearm because I just handed all the savings right back to MWSC. I get they want you to sign up for membership but that price and the prices of the inventory in the store is just madness.

Came with my uncles yesterday. It was a first time for all of us. Connor was great and guided us through everything pretty patiently. Great people and great place.

I have been a member for years. The other staff has been good to work with. The customer service from Cody and Griffin is very poor. No returned phone calls or emails. I have been waiting for 3 months for them to do their job and no results. Very disappointing that I have to result to social media. No one will give me their superiors contact information, maybe this will go somewhere.

Our group was on our way to the Dayton Airshow 2025 and stopped at this place for a quick stop on I-75 to stretch our legs after a long drive. Had an absolute blast!! The facility was clean, spacious, well organized and fully air conditioned which was a big plus on a melting hot weekend. The staff was very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their merchandise. The rental and ammo selection were amazing and reasonably priced. I'd give this establishment a sixth star if there is one and our gang would revisit or visit other Midwest locations when opportunities arise!!
