My husband and I booked a private lesson with Patrick, he is a great teacher. Went over everything we wanted to know answered questions and made it a fun experience!

I like this place better than the Midwest Shooting Center (which is actually a lot closer to my house) for multiple reasons. First and foremost, the staff at Range USA is MUCH more customer oriented! You can't be in RU for a whole minute without *at least* one employee coming over to ask how they can help you. You can stand in MSC for several minutes without necessarily being approached by any employees. That means a lot to me. Additionally, the shooting benches are much nicer at RU with plenty of space for ammo, targets, multiple firearms, etc. I docked RU one star because not only have they raised prices, but added an additional annual fee, and no longer offer half hour range rentals. So you have to buy an hour, that hour cost more than it used to, and there's an additional annual fee as well. I know prices are rising everywhere, it just feels like they upped it multiple ways in a short amount of time. Despite that, this is still my go-to place for range time. And they do have really good customer service.

Great customer service, decent ammo prices, nice selection of firearms. If they do not have an item on hand, you can order online on their site and have it shipped to the store. The range time I used was a nice time, was not too crowded.
