My 1st visit, kudos to the staff at the Blue Ash location. Enjoyed the pistol range, Bob was very helpful, knowledgeable and helped me greatly. Also, after I asked for help, with field stripping my weapon. The manager was very helpful, I was able to field strip it on my own after that. Very pleased with Range USA.

Really enjoyed my time except my handgun jammed every 2~3 shots. I let the front desk know but they just said it was dirty.

Clerk helped me find ammunition I was looking for but then he just stood there like he thought I was going to steal them. He made me feel uncomfortable like he wasn't going to let me mosey around to see what other stuff I may need so I bought a box of ammo and dipped out.
