5-7 day delivery time shown on the website is very deceptive and they do not provide sufficient tracking to show me where in transit my stuff currently is. Went to the store to see what the problem is and the people were somewhat helpful but still ended up stuck waiting with no idea how long until my stuff would arrive. Apparently I can cancel part of my order but there is restock fee. Now it’s been brought to my attention that it can take up to 10 days so I guess that means there is 2 left.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Sunday, one of the team, was so pleasant and helped me find the best deals. I became a member my first time there.
