Minot Rifle & Pistol Club

I have yet to actually shoot here at the ranges, but I can already tell this will be a great range to have the pleasure of being able to use. Just from the brief rundown of the safety and rules class, they mandatoraly have you attend, prior to being able to use the range, and getting a glimpse of the indoor shooting area I know this will be fun. The staff who work here are fairly nice and welcoming. They highly encourage participating in events, even offering to allow those who dont actually have access to the needed items to be able to borrow them from who's attending. The locations are not far from many residences and are easily within driving range to be able to come down and shoot; mostly whatever you like, minus incendiary or large(heavy) rounds, although each range has its specified requirements, follow each sign posted and you'll easily be able to find out which. They have you relay on the honor system here, and the members are always to pick up after themselves, which isn't bad, so let's make sure we follow that🙂. Make sure to always keep up with the calendar online prior to going to the range it has all information needed on events and the like.

The people that run the club are AWESOME, very happy to be a member. They do all kinds of fun stuff like Lady's Nights, concealed carry classes, contests and competitions. Everyone is willing to help you learn properly and have great fun!

Clear instructions on the firing line, helpful for more proficient shooting. A pleasant and welcoming experience for men and women. Highly recommend.

Pay my dues like everyone else, but range is constantly closed for "matches" or maintenance". I get limited time in my schedule to try and enjoy my hobby, and it always gets ruined. Closed! Red flag warning! State map says... NO RED FLAG WARNING

Went for the home defense class that SCCA put on. It was very informative! We came away with new ideas for personal protection as well as home invasion deterrence.

It would be nice if they answered the phone...
