Had a great time but wish there were more revolver choices for rental.

They “changed systems” and a teammate told me it auto signed me up for a membership I never had, charging me $59.99 a month. It took me a few tries to get through but they told me it was taken care of. Instead I have been charged every month, no one answers the phone, and I have had to file a dispute every month with my credit card provider just to get my money back. I wonder how many people they are doing this to and how many “memberships” they are getting from people who don’t realize it after this “system transfer.”

Came in for the first time to take their Concealed Carry class with Eric, it was great! I plan on coming back to make a purchase or 2 and use the range. Seems like a great place.

I've visited the range numerous times over the past years with all great experiences. In one of my visits I had another great experience and ended up picking up a beautiful AR which brought me to today's visit. Today I was looking to pick up an AK (sales guy was frendly) but I was also met by a RUDE SECURITY GUARD which told me that I couldn't take a video call while I was in the building. I paused and assumed it was a complete joke since HE CARRIES RAY BAN RECORDING GLASSES while working there but it was not a joke. This kind of behavior turned me away from picking up a firearm today at blackstone and more than likely will not be returning for future purchases at this location. When asked additional questions he said it was illegal to record and kept making more excuses. Have you heard of the term "is not what you said , it's how you said it?" Well this is exactly why I'll rather purchase from another armory. Being courteous, understanding, and knowing how your staff needs to express your message goes along way Blackstone.

Overall great selection, they don't do the best job at picking up the phone... Called three times and first two times were roughly 20 min and 15 min before I hung up and called again. Third time was roughly 5 min.

Ron was incredible today he was patient he was kind he was extremely knowledgeable. We were very blessed and lucky that he was in the shooting area for us to learn before two of our friends that have never used guns before and he made it an incredible learning experience for all of us. He gave me really good tips and we walked out of there feeling so much more comfortable and educated. Thank you Ron for being who you are and for being such a good teacher. Wendy

Came in excited as this was my first time coming to a shooting range. I completed the waivers and watched the videos in preparation for the range. I waited 20 minutes in line as they passed on me and called other guests that had came in up to 15 minutes after me. I asked why I wasn’t simply greeted and acknowledged or told hey give me a second I’ll be with you soon. They just replied with “the range is busy”. Which is crazy because it wasn’t busy enough for them to tend to other guests. Their customer service needs work at the back counter. I came in as a suggestion from a friend hoping to become a member and left out without a simple greeting.

My partner and I wanted to utilize the range today as walk ins. We totally understood there would be some sort of wait time, but the lack of interaction was wild. We walked in, went to the range counter, read all of the directions and followed them. We were told to fill out the waiver, watch the safety video, and then get in line. Once we completed the first two items we waited in the walk in line. No one else was in that line. The two surrounding lines were for checkout and members. We stood there for about 25 mins and no one said a word to us or asked us to come up to the counter to service us… even when surrounding lines were empty. This is just poor customer service, and as someone who was interested in completing one of their training courses, this was a complete turn off. We eventually left. My partner asked someone at the front register what else needs to be done for us to move the process along… their reply was “wait in line , the range is busy today”. I just feel like someone (one of the three individuals at the counter) could’ve atleast directed us towards next steps (if there were any), vs acting like we weren’t standing right in front of them.
