I bought my .40 Caliber Smith and Wesson handgun training ammo there. So I can pass my armed Guard 8 hr. annual.

Poor customer service, as a Criminal justice worker the impression of the way they treat us was lousy.

This place needs a big renovation. The staff are friendly and a decent location for someone living in Queens to go to in terms of distance. But again, we live in the 21st century and I as well as others I know who go there, believe a renovation will increase the Range’s membership rates as well as aesthetics for us being there.

Friendly staff, they have a large inventory of guns and accessories. Ask for Mike, he's very educated on their inventory and easy to talk to.

I called over the phone to inquire about membership and the shooting range for myself and my business partner. I was outside of my store and the phone was on speaker phone which was picking up the background noise and other people talking and the man on the phone said “you’re going to keep talking aren’t you?” When I said to the representative that I was on speakerphone and not talking and also said I know you weren’t talking to me he laughed and said do you need anything else? The level of disrespect is unexcusable for it being my first time calling in.
