Wanted a Glock 42 but ended up ording the Glock 43 by accident. Called and asked if they could correct the order and was told they would. Waited for over 2 months for the firearm to come in just to find out they never even orders the Glock 42 like they said they would. After numerous phone calls and getting the run around I was basically left with no choice but to get the Glock 43. Very poor customer service. And Once they have your money they won't want to be bothered with you if you have an issue.

Knowledgeable staff great selection

The worst customer service they had my gun for 7 months nothing done to it. If I can give them a negative score I would I was even given a manger’s phone number and email and nothing. Took it to another gun smith and the gun was fixed in two weeks
