Great indoor range, with amazing staff who help you with your shooting needs. I fired a 22/250 without any problems, and it’s clean, great A/C. Definitely coming back again.

I’ve been a member at Caliber Shooting Range, and when my membership went into default due to complications with my card, the accounting team was able to resolve it quickly with no issues. I really appreciate how professional and accommodating they were throughout the process. I’ve never had any problems here. The staff is always respectful, the environment is safe and well-maintained, and I honestly love this place. There’s no other range like it, and I highly recommend Caliber to anyone looking for a quality shooting experience

Recently took the CCW course with Gary Antal and was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Gary is practical and straightforward, yet very welcoming. His experience and knowledge is vast, and he definitely knows how to present the necessary materials whilst keeping the class engaging. 10/10 recommend. As for the facility itself, I find Calibers clean, well-lit, organized, and comfortable. Staff is both pleasant and knowledgeable, as well as low-key. There was a noticeable lack of ego amongst staff, which I found refreshing. I like the overall vibe at the Cutler location and am exceptionally comfortable practicing and taking classes there. My only criticism is that the Calibers website could contain a bit more information about the classes, such as what to bring on day one and two, what rental/loaner firearms and ammo are available for students, etc. I also find the website a little clunky on a whole. Edit: The course info on the website seems more detailed now, and I appreciate the changes. Also, recently took a few more classes and each has been well-presented, engaging, and of value. Andy is delightful to work with, and he reminds me of my dad in the best possible way. John M. was also incredible for the Intermediate Defensive Pistol Skills class, providing detailed, constructive feedback in an environment that was safe yet relaxed. To add, I've had some work performed by the gunsmith at the Cutler location and he is another wealth of knowledge. I'm proud to call Calibers on Cutler my home range.

I recently took the ccw class with my dad. John Mallory’s several years’ worth of military and law enforcement experience and engaging teaching style made for a very enjoyable learning experience full of invaluable knowledge. We had a great time!

Not everything about Calibers is bad—in fact, most of our experiences over nearly a decade have been very good. The classes are extremely well done, the range is safe and well maintained, and the staff is generally knowledgeable and polite. However, we cannot recommend the membership at all. When we signed up, we were told we could cancel if we moved—a key point for us. We believed this was handled when we called the location to cancel during a temporary relocation. Unfortunately, it was not. While we were out of the country, the account was sent to collections, and despite our efforts to resolve the issue, it remains an ongoing frustration. We will pay the collection account, but sadly, we can no longer recommend Calibers.

This was my son's second year in a row celebrating his birthday at the range. Last year his dad took him. They had an engaging and friendly employee who supervised a machine gun package for them. They had a great time. This year his dad is deployed, and I purchased the cold war package and selected he'd like additional ammo and targets. I mentioned this to the employee when we were checking in. There was hardly any communication or interaction. The employee joked that my son wouldn't be able to handle the guns. He did not offer additional ammo or targets. The entire experience was over in 5 minutes and he loaded the guns on the cart and out we went. After we left the range there was zero communication after that. It felt like he had no desire for us to be there or to help make sure he had a fun time for his birthday. The only feeling we got was that we needed to just leave. We will not be coming here anymore. The experience was ruined. $80 for a bad time.
