It's a gun club what else can you say. Well let's begin: Begins with archery ranges (no broadheads) Also has a walkabout archery course with numbered posts simulating "field like" conditions STAY ON THE PATHS THOUGH. Five stand and sporting clays are next. Pretty basic. Skeet field seems to be the most maintained area of the club. one (only 1) of the skeet Fields also doubles as a trap field. On Sundays the Skeet and trap are open for the public ie. non-members. From 10-3. The place gets pretty full then but if you have membership then you can play at anytime and there is usually an opening. The way how you play is there is a token machine on the wall of the clubhouse next to the skeet Fields. You buy a token for 5$ and insert into the machine standing at the start of the field , buying 26 Clays per token. (Make sure the machine is on before you insert token or the machine will eat your token) if no one was there before you, the clay thrower has a door cover that you need to open. The Cable controller for throws is very sensitive! Will sometimes throw Clays even without pressing the button!! If you are using only a double barrel you just won't be able to catch up when the machine decides to randomly throw six clays in a row So plan for two tokens. (No fair, but what can you do.) #7.5, 8, 8.5 or 9 lead shot only They are also In the process of building/upgrading new skeet fields past the pistol bays. On to pistol: 2 bays have rows of target stands and are paper target only and pistol calibers only. These go from 25 to 50,75 and 100 yards. The rest, are 50yrd "open" bays that are empty so you need to bring your own targets. But you are allowed jumping/self healing target balls or can bring your own steel plates etc. (NO GLASS, NO BINARY EXPLOSIVE, OR ANYTHING THAT CAN MAKE SPARKS LIKE INCINDIARY OR TRACER ROUNDS ANYWHERE) In these bays you are allowed up to and including a .308 so you can do your carbine tactical drills here. One bay has a steel plate rack (that has seen better days/partially broken...) Only pistol calibers in that one. Really wish they would upgrade up the steel Targets add more etc but what can you do. Rifle range: Anything up to and including .50 BMG. 25 yrd stand just to get on paper, then 100, 200, 300 yard paper target stands. (Need to bring you own paper and remember to bring a stapler or push pins.) 300 yard also has hanging steel plates that are well for the wear almost seem like they might fall off (in fact one is torn off / disconnected at the time I write this) you can spray paint these as you wish just no .50 BMG at the plates. That pretty much sums it up. 150 bucks a year seems to be reasonable, (used to be 125) but hopefully no increases in the future . Anything more might have you reconsider the worth. But for now it seems to be good value. That's all
