I absolutely love this indoor range. Their focus on safety is fantastic. I'm not a very experienced gun owner and have had several guns for years and finally decided to get familiar and comfortable with them. This is a great environment to safely do that. The range monitors are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable for any questions you have. I have grown comfortable enough to take my kids shooting there with me. They offer suggestions on grip to help improve marksmanship. I will continue to be a patron of this business and appreciate what they do. The gentlemen here were great helping me (a first time gun buyer) narrow down my selection to get the right item to suit my needs. I know little about firearms and did a bit of research. I know I have excess questions and was not spending a lot. Regardless the gentlemen were professional and more than happy to answer all my questions in selecting my first gun. Thank you!

I came in the other day with money in hand to purchase a rifle and was treated by the old man like I was going to steal something. They give off this creepy vibe here. I'll go where my business is appreciated. I'm sure you have cameras in there so let them do their job instead of the salesman.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Very reasonable prices, a huge variety to pick or purchase from. Is my first time there but definitely will go there again.

Cherokee used to be my go to gun shop in Springfield I gave them a lot of business and really enjoyed my experience. (I have lots of questions when I am looking to buy a new gun because I am not an expert) Recently I went in looking to buy a handgun and asking a lot of questions, the gentleman helping me talked to me like a child and was very reluctant to answer my questions. I felt like a burden talking to him, I had this experience several times after that . Most employees treated me as if I was annoying them with my questions and I felt disrespected. I recommend Elite Arms they are the most friendly and helpful gun shop in Springfield.
