I don't know if the guy I just spoke to (who didn't even give me his name, I had to ask him myself "and what is your name? at the tail end of our not so lovely conversation) over the phone was having a bad day or if he's just not a very customer friendly type of person but he really made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking him a few questions about guns in stock and some gun range rules. That's just not what I'm used to when it comes to Frontier Justice. Back in the day I used to go there a lot to shoot and buy guns, and I've never had less than exceptional customer service, until today. Idk, maybe the guy was just going through some personal stuff, but it made me feel like I was bothering him when I just had a few simple questions. Kinda made me want to take my business somewhere else.
Firstly, your establishment is beautiful. Secondly, Carl was amazing, he made myself and my daughter feel comfortable and heard regarding our needs . Being a first time gun owner im very confident i purchased the right fire arm for me. If I could make one suggestion, for those of us that are a bit vertically challenged, set up an area with a table and chair to fill out the background check, standing on tip toes to complete process was a wee bit trying. Lol.
Carl was an absolute dream to work with. My mother and I came in for our 1st firearm purchase. He was so freaking welcoming and understanding and knowledgeable. He matched our energy and it was amazing. Will definitely be going back and asking for him.. its the people that make the experience, not the store
Frontier Justice is a premier range that consistently employs highly skilled individuals. Their training program is exceptional, featuring advanced classes that provide ongoing instruction as individuals progress in their shooting abilities. I highly recommend Frontier Justice. Jason and Chuck are exceptional instructors, and I have taken several classes and intend to continue attending.
Wish I could give negative stars... uptight, atmosphere is eh at best, range personnel can't be found, a floor rep called range person and never came to my booth, almost totally incompetent......SMMFH
1 star experience today at frontier justice, I came in to purchase a new firearm and was shortly racially profiled before even being in the store for five minutes , After purchasing the firearm and doing my background check the arms dealer who was going through the process started to ask me questions like * Are you purchasing this firearm for yourself* then he went to the back of the store and told me that the purchase was flagged mean you I served in the navy for three years and have multiple firearms so by him telling me this it sent a red flag my way once he said that and I feel like the fact that he saw me with my spouse is what made him ask that question but I feel like it was never unprofessional to just come out and ask that question after I purchased the firearm with my own money. I then left the store and returned to get my refund back and once the guy saw that I was a veteran he then started to dodge me in the store even though he was the one who did my background check in the beginning. Definitely lost a long time member and I will not be recommending the store to anyone who is looking to purchase something.
Just finished the Red Dot Class. Awesome experience with a wealth of information and knowledge. The course instructor Jason Houchens was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the mechanics and proper use of red dots, as well as using them in various situations. Looking forward to taking additional classes from Frontier Justice.
wildly overpriced. Company motto is God Guns and Greed...
Here to kill time & staff was very friendly guy in yellow shirt was helpful and friendly striking up a good conversation, not just guns here shirts and war artifacts there.
