All of the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Glad I got my membership here.

I was denied the opportunity to purchase a firearm for my wife because the staff assumed I was trying to purchase it under her name for my own use. I was simply trying to be a considerate husband, looking for a gift for her birthday. It's frustrating and disappointing that I’m unable to make such a purchase without facing unnecessary assumptions…Unacceptable customer service.

Recently took a new shooter class at Range USA at the Kansas City North location and our instructor Pat was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and professional with gun introduction, safety, and handling. I will recommend Pat for anyone seeking to get more familiar with gun training and safety.

Had a great shooting experience. I am looking at pistols for my daughter. We went in and rented a pistol and took 3 others with us. I asked for a broom about 30 min into shooting and the range officer wouldn't let me sweep out our lane, he did it for us. Customer service at a gun range is unheard of around here. Most local ranges are place for range officers to feel important and make you feel bad that you walked in their doors especially if you have teenagers. The Membership plan doesn't make sense to me but they swear if I spend $50 a month it will save me a lot of money. Other than that this place was great!
