Maybe it was a bad day but based on the reviews I've read, seems like more of the norm. I had picked up a couple accessories off the shelf and was ready to purchase. There were a few staff members on the floor and a couple were occupied with customers. I browsed for a while before I gave up and put the items back on the shelf. No one seemed particularly interested in helping me. In normal customer service situations the expected response to busy times on the floor is to at least acknowledge the customer and let them know you'll be right with them. That didn't happen. I was also disappointed to see they charge a 20% restocking fee even for unopened items. I made the mistake of parking in the indoor garage. It was in rough shape and thick with cigarette smoke and smelled like an old ashtray. There was also a car covered in dust with the window smashed out and tires deflated. Not a very welcoming atmosphere overall. I try to support "small" businesses whenever I can but I think Amazon earned my business today.

I recently took my younger son there with my father-in-law and a friend. All around great service clean great ambience. Just loved the flow of the place. You feel welcome to the moment you walk in and they’re happy to answer. Any questions you have. The gun range is great. Stayed two hours there.

Have purchased many firearms from Bills over the years. Great staff, fair prices, great range. What more do you want from your local gun store? The pics are of a few of the guns I have bought there!

One of the best ranges ive been too. All of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And the best way to describe the gun store is imagine your going into a guitar center but with alot of firearms.

Super rude customer service over phone. Call to request to see if they can ship my firearm to the Hudson location in Wisconsin since I'm not a resident in Minnesota to purchase that firearm and whoever was on the other side of the phone gave me so much attitude and treated me like I'm stupid like they didn't wanna help me. Shows how much of a corrupted blue state Minnesota is. Don't work in customer service if it's too much for you to handle. Will never walk into this store again. You have lost a customer.
