What a great establishment. The owner has an absolute heart of gold. I not only am privileged to have a professional relationship with these people, but I can honestly say this is a real one stop shop for all of your firearm and training needs. Highly recommend.
***UPDATE: My husband recently renewed and it was nowhere near as informative as the previous class. It was billed as Chad P and got Holly. The first half-hour is now a "scare tactic" sales-pitch from USCCA, I hadn't seen that on the program. Information that was contrary to the previous class (ie. carry in courthouse) and an instructor that did not have anywhere near the knowledge of carry laws led to a lot of questions, a few "I don't know"s and what sounded like a bit of confusion from some of the class.*** My husband and I took the Permit to Carry class. Chad was very informational and clearly answered everyone's questions. I would absolutely recommend him for anyone interested in taking this class whether you are a beginner like me or for someone like my husband who was taking the class to renew his permit.
Great place to go and learn and shoot! The staff is super helpful and friendly.
Great SAFE range, awesome people
What a wonderful place. The staff are all very helpful and polite, the prices are good, and you feel like they give a damn about your needs. Bought one weapon from them, and am having many others worked on
Wife and I came for our concealed carry class... very terrific experience! Chad was top notch as our instructor... will be back to shoot soon!
These guys at Dead On Arms are awesome. They are very kind and welcoming. Great communication as well. lt had been 10+ years since own/purchasing a fire arm, and it waa a first for an FFL transfer. I initially reached out by email. They were very quick at responding. Both Candi and Sarah helped me through the process. My initial FFL I was trying to go through fell and weren't providing the correct information needed, they even threw my first email in the trash and messed up multiple times -going forward I I only want to go through Dead On. Anyway, I was trying to figure out a solution before it was too late, a coworker told me about Dead On Firearms, so I checked them out. These guys rocked it, and Candi called me to help straighten everything out. I was able to get my order transferred. It was a very smooth transaction. Thank you Dead On and thank you both Sarah and Candi also they have a cool Military Surplus shop right next door. I recommend checking it out!
The staff are pretty chill, patient, and cool. I've bought a handful of guns in the past few weeks, the experience was great. The first time I purchased a handgun here they saved me money by showing me a cheaper alternative that I ended up being extremely happy with. Another time they gave recommendations and I ended up liking them and leaving the store with multiple guns. Today 3/31 they helped me with a transfer and they were patient with me. I have not had a bad experience with them at all so far.
