Pontiac Lake Shooting Range

Please save yourself time and go somewhere else. I’ve never been to a place with so many restrictions and limitations; if you are anyone who actually wants to enjoy your time at the range then this is not the place for you

Been there 'forever', still nice range for targets, skeet and archery. Staff are nice and helpful. Busy as hunting seasons approach.

Aside from the price, this range is no longer what it used to be. Not the friendliest staff with lots of attitude. Additionally, the place is quite outdated. They should invest in repairs. DNR became a very useless organization in the past several years. Why don't you people request some money from your democratic state government? Or, even a better idea, if you can't afford to keep it up to date, sell it to a private investor; the rates will go up, of course, but that will be much more fun and less stressful

Inexpensive, clean and well run. Absolutely my favorite range and I've been to quite a few. Range officers are great.

It's ok great place to test your gun to see if it shoots well Not a place to have fun just because you can only shoot three bullets every 5 Seconds and you can't have that many bullets in your gun very restrictive of what you can do Find a friend who has lots of land so you can blow up stuff lol 😆
