Clayton is a top notch bowtech, super knowledgeable on firearms and overall knows the outdoor world. Hooked me up when my equipment was down with fast and quality service. 5 Stars

Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable

Customer service and friendliness was poor and made us feel very unwelcome. Not a good place if you are a beginner. The staff member told us over the intercom that we have to "bring the target to the 7 yards because we were not good enough shooters to shoot at 15 yards". We were following all of the range rules, being super respectful, safe and vigilant the whole time. We were the only ones in the range and were hitting the target consistently at 15yards. He made us bring it back to the 7 yard mark, I think just because he liked the power trip. He was extremely judgemental and made us feel inferior because we didn't bring our own gun and didn't shoot there reguarly. He seemed annoyed that we were asking for advice on what gun to shoot and said we "weren't going to even talk about guns until the paperwork was done" He seemed annoyed that we didn't bring our own equipment that was included in the rental and that I didn't know the exact make and model of every gun I've shot before. Edit - After their unapologetic response to this review, we will never be returning to this range. Hopefully you can hit the bullseye on every single shot or you will be breaking their rules! Hitting the target apparently isn't good enough 😂 Enforcing rules and ensuring safety does not mean you have to be rude, disrespectful and passive aggressive to your customers. Don't give these people your time or money!
