Ortonville Shooting Range

Good range with friendly staff only $4 for a day pass. Similar rules to other DNR ranges in the area so no rapid fire, no holster draw, and you can't shoot from prone but this is the only public range around me with 200 yrd rifle lanes. They have 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 yrd options only 6 bays at each distance and they will fill up quick especially on weekends.

Multiple distances for pistol, rifle, shotgun. Clay shooting as well! My first time here, $4 for all day range. Yes, they do have some rules, safety is always first! Thanks for the fabulous day at the range!

Ortonville Shooting Range is by far one of the best ranges in SE Michigan. A DNR facility staffed with Professional, Safety oriented Staff, Charlie, Jason and the young Kid (sorry name escapes me) keep the range safe and orderly. 200 YD capability for you long range shooters, fantastic technically adept and knowledgeable clientele of all disciplines, you will definitely meet new friends. And the best part: very cost effective to punch paper. See you out there! p.s. some of these bad reviews don't reflect the range one iota!

Very Nice range, won't go anywhere else. Super helpful staff! Very knowledgeable with firearms. Won't miss the the places that I gone too. Sure won't miss the bull horn screaming at me like I committing a felony or something. Won't say names, but if you have ventured to different ranges. You know, lol. Love this place, for sure!
