This is a nice gun store where both the interior and exterior are pleasing to the eyes. Prices are well within reason and the staff here are professional. I come here to shoot sometimes even though I live in brighton

Bought a suppressor, it took them almost 4 weeks to get my paperwork submitted. Only took 2 days to approve. They need more employees capable of NFA transactions, as they have one guy who does them, and when hes off, you're SOL. Definitely won't be back for anything NFA. I went out of my way because their website said they had them in stock, but nope...had to be dropshipped. And no, I didnt buy on silencershop. I bought on their actual website.

My wife and I walked in and started looking in all the cases. Not one single employee acknowledged us, greeted us or asked us if we needed any help. I’m very unimpressed with my first visit to their store. I will not be returning.

Called inquiring about an availability in an item. The staff who answered was rude since it was sold out when I asked about their pricing and hung up on me. I’ve been a longtime customer here and will not be coming back ever. They apparently do not value long time customers who’ve supported their establishment with $1000’s of business. Buyer beware.
