Lyn and Amanda run a great operation here. Even when all lanes are full it's a nice, low stress atmosphere. Had 2 novice female shooters with us, and Amanda offered to jump in and offer some quick coaching that immediately helped things along. Two other ranges are closer for me, but CS is worth the drive.

Great range with good prices. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a spot to shoot indoors. They're beginner friendly and welcome all experience levels.

I took a basics of pistol shooting course here, and in my opinion the hearing protection provided was not adequate. If I had known how loud it was going to be, I would not have gone. I think even if I would have purchased my own hearing protection and if I would have doubled up with both earplugs and ear protection muffs both rated to a high db protection, I still do not think that would have been enough given both how loud it was and how long we were in there. If you are considering shooting here or taking a course here, I would recommend that you research before signing up: how much hearing protection you would need to stay safe given the environment's loudness and how long you will be in the range. If I could go back in time, I would not have gone. If I could go back in time, I would have gone to an outdoor range instead of Centershot & I would have purchased my own hearing protection and done the research to make sure the hearing protection would be adequate for the loudness and duration. I would NOT rely on those providing the courses to provide you with adequate hearing protection for the circumstances or monitor risk to your hearing, which increases with duration of exposure to loud noise. I was only provided a set of over ear muffs, and in my opinion they did not seem to do a good enough job given how loud it was in the range and the duration in the range.

Very knowledgeable people there. They were very patient with a new 9mm shooter and I appreciate the time that they put in! I will definitely make this my regular stop for range shooting!

Came here for the first time today on the recommendation from a neighbor and can't say enough good things about the staff and facility. They were gracious and patient with me as I was looking to purchase/try before I buy my first pistol. I will be back for future range days and to pick something up.
