This place is awesome, great employees, great deals and amazing service. The son and I enjoyed our first visit, will for sure be back. Glad we checked the new place out, been a patron at the downriver place for many years. Can't wait to see when the new stuff comes in, glad we got to see the movie star of Facebook. Love all the cartoon stuff you all put, got me smiling every time I see a new one lol 😆

Very nice staff!

A few days back I was at your store taking part in a CPL class, and during my time there I witnessed a situation that stood out to me. From what I could gather, a customer was upset that he wasn’t able to get his firearm something about not having a CPL or the proper paperwork. Instead of handling it calmly, he walked over to another associate and made a sarcastic, rude remark. He cut into that employee’s conversation with another customer trying to make his own problem someone else’s fault. Now, I’ll tell you, that associate could’ve easily snapped back Lord knows I probably would’ve had a few words if it were me. But instead, he stopped, took a breath, and asked what was going on. The customer went on to blame him for the inconvenience before storming off. From where I was sitting, that employee showed real professionalism. He didn’t lose his composure, didn’t sink down to that man’s level, and he handled himself with grace. I think that deserves to be recognized and applauded. I also want to point out something bigger than just that one moment. Too often in our community, folks seem to carry a sense of entitlement, thinking it’s alright to disrespect someone just because they’re frustrated with their own situation. That kind of behavior chips away at the respect we should all be showing each other.

The big body guy at the desk is the most disrespectful individual I have ever encountered at a gun shop was judging us on a race I would never come back

Customer service was bad during my visit last saturday. Employees tone was as if i was a criminal... i will shop else where... the new guy was friendly tho.
