This is the second time I've ordered two tins of pellets from these guys. Prices including shipping is cheaper than anywhere else I've looked. Shipping was quick and the best part, my products were very well packaged. Sturdy box with a solid foam piece inside. Round holes cut out for each tin. I couldn't be happier with the product. Not a single pellet out of shape from rough shipping. I will definitely keep using this store for supplies and maybe more.

Nick was super helpful and friendly when going in as a first time customer. He helped me understand all the different components of my purchase and taught me how to use it with some practice in the range. I felt fully comfortable with knowing how to use and load my Byrna once I left and other important information about it.

This place is great. I stopped in to put something on consignment and left with a Huben GK1. Really fun gun to shoot. The guys working were super friendly and the technician did a huge knowledge dump for me. Much appreciated will be back.

I don’t know what anyone could possibly complain about this shop is amazing the staff took the time to answer every question I had they let me use any gun I wanted to get the feel of it and to tip it off I was about to spend an extra 1500 on a gun that I thought as what I wanted but I was wrong and I’d of never known except they kept pushing me towards a much less expensive make that I still have two years later I have sent atleast half dozen friends and family there and everyone of them couldn’t be happier I mean look it you wear pants act like it and don’t be skirmish around a blemish silly boy ok enough here keep kicking ass boys

I have dealt with John,members of his staff, his daughter and lovely (as well as having an engaging sense of humor and a kind heart) for years now. Every single product I have purchased is, not only still functional to the level at which I purchased them. Over time it's now clear to me that the Team @ NEAI HAD TO have selected them for sale BECAUSE they scrutinized their offerings for this for quality & durability. I purchased the gun well I thought it was a new gun from John. The gun was nowhere near a new gun. It was a used gun. It was a gun that was used by his employee for months. A coat employee told me flat out. It belonged to one of the employees that this gun was not a new gun by any means When the Use gonna arrive to me as soon as I opened up the case, it was clear as day that this gun was used beyond belief. It was nowhere near a new gun that has he claimed. It was a used gun as I stated it was his employees gun. That he was trying to sell for the employee as a new gun John is a thief petty thief. He’s not to be trusted, especially on site unseen. I took his word for it that it was a new gun. It was not. PS he indicated that I took the gun apart I don’t have the tools to take a gun apart The guy is a chronic liar low budget do not do business with him you will reg He stole $440 from me!!! Look at the barrel trout it was 4 inches short and he claims it was a new gun SMH 🤦‍♂️ John is a low budget thief. Do not do business with this guy go anywhere else with him Not to mention, he’s not even a RTI Mora Registered That tells you alone that it was his employees gone Gun and try to point it off to me as a new gun. The crime arrived with scratches on it a short Trout by 4 inches no instructions. The gun comes with a silencer, I did not receive that as well The case that it came in was filthy used and dirty Then he stole $440 from me !! I tried to talk it out with him on the phone and all he did was hang the phone up on me An employee he told them to hang the phone up The guy is a low budget thief stole $440 John FYI, I’m going to report you to the Better Business Bureau Monday Thank you, your thief
