Usually quiet there, sometimes we run into another person shooting. Best to go when weather is cooler. Bring bug spray. There's a porta-potty which is a nice convenience. Double check to see if the police are using the range that day. Membership is $100 per year.

I was looking for a place to do some target practice and plinking. I use to belong to a much larger place with an indoor range and all the bells and whistles, etc. but for what I use a range for a smaller place was perfect. They do have trap and skeet events which I don’t do, but on the days I go to shoot handguns or rifles, usually I am the only one there. My wife has acquired her LTC so she has started going also. They have more of a family friendly attitude here compared to the larger places also. The best part is seniors pay $25 a year…… seriously, you can’t beat that.

I came on Sunday morning like their website says to join and become a member. I was told to "come back next month" and that they are not accepting new members. No tactical ranges that I was looking for. The skeet range looked good and so did the pistol range but nothing like three-gun or combat style ranges. I came looking for some good ranges to train on and but did not find anything. There was not even anyone shooting on a few of the ranges and the guy told me to come back next month. I will definitely not be paying here. Very anti-gun state and they were a bit snobby. I don't know why any one would want to live out here.

Nice outdoor range ... been visiting there on & off since the 70's. Low key and only "crowded" on Trap days. Low membership fee. Nice for those who prefer shooting outdoors and solitary most of the time.

Guys are very friendly. Place is clean, a little muddy at times but what can anyone expect, it's dirt. Always clean up after ourselves and others. It is not the dump. Everyone is very respectfull when it comes to other shooters. Wish they would update the Web page. Can be confusing.
