Wayne, one of the RSO’s, was able to help my girlfriend’s overcome her fear as a first time shooter. The overall experience was smooth affordable and great the staff in helpful and welcoming

Spent $1,700 to get fitted for hunting season and have never had such a worse customer service experience in my life. I drove an hour each way to get there and the people do not even say hi when you walk in or acknowledge you at all to see if you need anything. Spend your money elsewhere or buy from online retailers because for someplace like this to still be running is a shame. Any 5 star review of this place is %100 fake.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your time going here. The customer service and staff are absolutely horrible and rude. Entire staff is rude and disrespectful.

Went to buy a specific rifle. The woman behind the counter acted bothered that she had to check if they had it in stock.

I went through picking out a gun with the young lady whose name start with an A. I've bought guns many years ago before needing an HQL #. So she said I didn't have one and couldn't sell it to me and get this, didn't show me how to apply. So I left and went to another store and they helped me and now I'm just waiting. Ain't that something, smh. Disappointing
