Gilbert Indoor Range

Excellent experience taking a beginners training class. Great emphasis on safety. Friendly staff. Clean, well-organized, and plenty of handguns to try out down the road. They provide licensing training. Most importantly, so no need to go elsewhere for this. Our instructor, Rachana, was outstanding. She really knew her stuff, talked in an easily-understandable manner, gave excellent & supportive feedback and corrections, and answered all of my questions patiently. Honestly, she made my first time handling and shooting a gun a truly positive experience. I highly recommend this range and look forward to joining and becoming a better target shooter who can also defend herself if needed.

Initially, the establishment seemed great to shoot at. They let my friend who was inexperienced shoot for the first time. However one of the staff members was very rude. Particularly the one Asian fellow (you know who you are). I tried to cancel my membership after only using it one time and he threatened to ban me from the establishment if I did. Thankfully, a staff member named Ben sorted it all out and refunded me for my membership. He also still welcomed me back to the range any time. Also, they don't have safety range officers on standby all the time, so take that as you will.

UNSAFE RANGE. NO RANGE SAFETY OFFICER. Employees are too lazy to move from behind the desk. So once you enter the range you’re on your own. Bathrooms incredibly dirty. Confident to say anyone who’s given this place more than one star has never been to a real range. Take your money to Frederick where it’s safe, clean and friendly. I honestly don’t know how the county has not shut this place down.

We did a beginner class with Ky, loved our experience! Ky broke down the steps to shooting a handgun in an easy to understand and clear way. He made the experience fun and we also felt really safe. Great spot!

Was there yesterday with my buddies was told that they needed to take a safety test even though they has their HQL and permits. Told us that they dont give military discounts but gave a cop a discount amd lastly he told my friend that he couldn't use his shotgun but 2 other people were using shotguns. They completely lost me and friends business. They hiked their membership prices up and still can't seem to fix the AC. It was hot as hell. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. DRIVE FURTHER FOR BETTER QUALITY AND SERVICE.

Nick and Andrew are an amazing duo. The teach and make sure you feel at ease. They are funny and make sure they keep the vibe up. Would definitely come back for more
