Great family ran business! Steve and Shannon went out of their way to outfit my son with an appropriate shotgun for his first hunting season. They were knowledgeable and able to offer suggestions based on our needs. I can’t say enough good things about our experience and the ease of the entire transaction. They’ve definitely earned our business for life.

Awesome experience all the way around would recommend will be going again. The 300-yard range is amazing. First time I ever shot at 200 and 300 like to say I actually did pretty good. Environment was good, people were nice

I love this range the staff are amazing but I was there in the moring of Monday September 15 2025 this guy said I'm going down range so I stop put down my weapon and step back. This guy coming over yell at me open your action let me inspect your weapon I'm thinking this dude doesn't even work here. He's all in my face guess big black me knows nothing about weapons he judge me and I don't like that. And its funny the staff would have booted him but I didn't want to rock the boat . I don't think it was racist he just judge how I look as a non gun owner and was just rude . In life its not always what you say but how you say it keep in mind I drove 3 hours to shoot there. But the camo crocks was a dead give away he was one of them . I found this spot due to a emergency medical technician meet up my self and 15 other people showed up to work on the basics and ever since I try to go once a month but been lacking the last few months. And it was funny he acted like that like he didn't trust me and thats ok just dont be rude. I took the time to shoot better then him share my guns with others there and just out shoot him . Not going to lie his carbon fiber rifle was nice but the I got money and you don't so im better was werid . Oh fun fact I'm vetern US ARMY INFANTRY two tours to Iraq and unit level sinper school I pretty sure when he seen my short ak he figured I'm hood I'm not I more fleet wood mac not Baltimore black . I will keep spending my money and driving round trip 6 hours just a public announcement be kind be safe have fun rudeness stops at the door wr are all there for training and a fun Hobby.

Couldn't have been happier with our time at the range. This trip was part of my son's 40th birthday party. I had contacted them by email a week earlier to ask about gun rentals and some other questions (I'm from out of town). Steve spent some significant time answering all my questions, suggesting some gun rentals, and doing everything he could to make our visit perfect. Everybody in the shop was happy and helpful, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. I'm coming back again whenever I'm in town.

Great place with friendly staff. Super affordable shooting range that can supply ammo and they also have a wide variety of guns for sale. They offer a rifle range, two pistol ranges, and a clay shooting range. This range has it all. Highly recommend.

Great place to shoot pistol and rifle, and rifle gos out to 500yd, and the sporting clays are fun too!

Open range, affordable

Very friendly owners, great range, and you can't beat the price! Very impressed and will be going back frequently! Took my 16 year old step-son (on one of the hottest days ever) so we couldn't tolerate staying too long even though the range does have cover. I don't know if it's because we were the only ones willing to risk our life in the heat but we were told we could stay until they closed. If there was a wait, I'm sure they have to limit the time but everything about DMS is worth raving about! Location (5 seconds off of 50), the friendly owners, the retail store has a selection of everything you could ask for from firearms, ammo, clothing, and I believe they serve food/drinks. I will be back despite the 75 minute drive from Kent Island. ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ All day long.
