Concerns Regarding Range Experience and Inconsistent Policies I am Black with dreadlocks, and I was at the range practicing with some new firearm attachments, including a buffer, muzzle brake, angled grip, and new stock. During my visit, two individuals, who were larger than me, seemed to be staring at me through the glass. I did not feel that I was doing anything inappropriate or out of the ordinary, but I did notice a sense of discomfort, particularly as it appeared that the other individuals at the range, who were all white, but both of the employees act as though I was the only one present. One day, I visited the range with my cousin (who is also Black), and during that visit, he was allowed to shoot multiple times using a super safety and binary trigger without issue. However, during a recent visit, he was informed that he had to leave the range without a refund, with staff citing that binaries or force reset triggers were not allowed. From what my cousin me, The Employee also whispered to a guy, "I'm trying to get him to leave." This is unfair, especially, as a white customer was allowed to use a binary trigger on a different occasion. My question is: If the use of super safeties and binary triggers is prohibited, why was my cousin allowed to shoot with them on a previous visit and a current visit? Furthermore, why was he asked to leave without a refund for a policy that is not clearly stated on your website or posted anywhere at the range? It seems that the rule was neither transparent nor consistently enforced. I believe that any policy regarding the use of attachments or triggers should be clearly communicated to all customers. My cousin should have been refunded no matter the price he paid.

Fun to blow off steam.

If I could give this establishment 0 starts I would. I had an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this gun range. From the moment we walked in, we were met with rude stares instead of a proper greeting. Rather than welcoming us, the employee immediately commented that we “looked unsure about ourselves” when, in reality, we were simply confused by the lack of professionalism and hospitality. Things only got worse from there. When my boyfriend stepped outside to retrieve his weapon, as requested, the employee took it upon himself to question me about how I knew him and where we met. When I asked why that was relevant, he responded that my boyfriend “looked sketchy” an unnecessary and offensive remark. Once my boyfriend returned, the interrogation continued, with invasive questions about his identity and even the clothes he was wearing. At that point, I was asked to sign a safety waiver, but I refused. I see no reason to spend money at an establishment where basic respect and decency aren’t given. If a simple “hello” is too much to expect, I can’t imagine how they treat their customers beyond first impressions. Save your money and support businesses that value all their patrons equally.

Brought my men’s group here on a Saturday night and the comprehensive service, professionalism, and overall enjoyment of someone who has very little shooting experience was phenomenal. The facility is great, felt very safe, and was provided all the equipment necessary to feel confident shooting pistols and rifles.

Very professionally run. Good rates. Nice selection of accessories.
