This gun store will racially profile you if you ask to many questions about a gun your being over priced on. If you want information about an firearm your paying a lot of money on they will not help you properly and treat you bad Infront of other customers I will never return to this store or purchase any firearm and I recommend you take your money somewhere you can build a good relationship with Update: So after 5 years I finally go back to the store to buy cleaning kit for my firearm. The guy sells me a kit without oil but instead kept trying to get me to buy a raffle ticket to win an ugly firearm that’s a scam one of their buddies will probably win. smh so now I have to go to another store to buy oil cause it’s not in the kit. Thought I would give them a chance after their big tragedy and I posted my review before that happened. this might be my last time going here It’s just bad vibes.

Expensive and rude

Garbage, others are correct, not much knowledge, perfunctory attitude and borderline rude. Don't know anything about travel. Neutral Ground is wayyy better

Uptight and rude. I hate going here tbh. I try to avoid it but end up coming here as a last whim what if ( looking for certain item) they always have some type of attitude as if because they work at a gun shop they’re all knowing. They don’t respect people just browsing and everything is price hiked to infinity. for most shops todays window shopper is tomorrows next big spender; Jefferson outlet doesn’t agree because they know once you leave you’ll find what you’re looking for cheaper with better service

The range itself is clean and well maintained however the staff made it an amazing experience.

I’ve had a bad experience with this place many years ago. I went back to see if anything’s changed and had full intention of purchasing a gen 5 Glock performance trigger. This shop was selling this trigger for 170.00 plus tax. Its msrp is 99.99. I can understand a slight mark up for overhead but this is near double the retail price. I told the salesman it’s 100.00 online. He just shrugged his shoulders and put it back. This place is clearly taking advantage of new gun owners. I’m glad I went in there knowing the msrp of what I was planning to get. Make sure you do your research online before coming here.
