Range USA Florence

I think 3 stars is fair. The range is nice and safety staff in the range area are always alert and ready to help. Now, the customer service reps in the main area behind the counters and the cash register can work on their people skills a little more. An area to Improve on is the customer service by having staff who understands common respect, curtosy, and overall positive attitude towards those who come into the facility to do business. I enjoyed my time shooting at the range though while visiting Kentucky. And they are open on Sundays. Thats good too.

Instructor was excellent, Professional, skilled and patient.

Awesome experience would definitely be going back would suggest anyone to bring your own weapons and ammo will definitely say some money
