They seem to not be able to answer the phone.

I have been there twice now. Both times the staff was rude. This last time a young guy was just sitting at the counter and said "we don't sell guns" nothing else, I just came in and was looking at the glass case of pistols he was sitting behind. I had said nothing at this point. I did not argue despite the website saying they do. I asked about the rentals in the case and he just said they were for members only. I asked what a membership cost, he just said 40 bucks and not another word.

Very friendly staff. Had a good time joking around while checking in and they don't pretend some law requires guests to be US citizens. I brought a Candian guest with me and we all had a great time.

Best range ever since 2014 Always always goes here and everyone is professional and knowledgeable.

I've been shooting at The Bullet Hole since the 1990's. The recent Biden era policies may have shut down firearms sales temporarily but the range has never been better. The whole facility is cleaner and brighter than it was back in the previous century. I do miss some of the old colorful characters that worked behind the counter in the old days but the've retired long ago and the new staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a good place to shoot and the fees are very competitive which is why I keep going back.

Loved coming here, but got turned down to use the range at 5:01 when they do last call at 5, then when strolling talking to older fella about getting more holosun products he said they were tight on cash flow so they were focusing on the range, but yet get denied at 5:01? Must not be that bad

When I went to Shawnee mission North I was on the pistol team with NJROTC. O this place was where we would practice, it's also the same please my father would take me to to shoot years before. I love this place and I feel safe here the staff is knowledgeable and skilled and I would go here for any firearms purchases or needs I might have. I would recommend it to anyone.

As a female I’ve had trouble with some “experts” at other ranges but everyone is always great here. They also are very helpful and encourage women’s proficiency, offering classes and also allows outside women’s groups to meet there.

Came in to bring my mother to shoot and the owner was definitely short and very rude gave me some looks that made me feel uncomfortable so long story short won't ever get my business again management before was way better never again.

The staff here are all not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable. I've always been a rifle guy and recently got into shooting pistols. I told one of the older guys that works there that I was wanting to zero an optic for a new pistol and my eyes aren't good enough for tight groups with iron sights, so he spent a good deal of time recommending which targets to buy and the fastest technique to get a decent zero to save ammo and get used to using the pistol. He even said that if I was having trouble to come grab him and he'd help me out. This was a few weeks ago and my groups are already getting pretty tight out to 15 yards. It's like going to a bar where everyone knows you.
