Horrible customer service, took a call while we were discussing a trade-in all while another employee was doing nothing but sitting there. Told me in an email they had a used 5", and after a 1.5hour drive I discover it's 4.25". I had 1500 cash on hand and was about to just take the new 5" prodigy and the rest in ammo, would have been a nice addition to my 3.5". Trying harder would go along ways for these guys - at least the Waterloo location, maybe Mason City is different...

I've bought a four guns here and will probably buy more. Kemlin, Amy, and Paul are easy to work with and the transfer process is pretty painless. That reminds me, I should probably hit up the climate controlled indoor range sometime this weekend.

I was very impressed with the shop and the range. Very knowledgeable employees and very professional. I would recommend to anyone to go find a gun there or just go shoot. Prices are very reasonable.

First time I've been there since under new ownership, showroom changed alot and looks like there is more product now. Prices for membership changed slightly, but cost of the ammo I use is reduced. I'll see how things go in the future.
