A couple employees are very helpful and a couple act as if you’re bothering them. I’ve had great interactions and I’ve stood around for an hour waiting to be helped. Usually understaffed. Good service usually on slow days but if there’s more than one or two shoppers, prepare to wait or try another day.

Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. Would be nice to see a range officer in the shooting range anytime two or more shooters were in there. Not necessary for an individual, but when you're shooting with someone else, it's nice to have. I understand that it may not be cost-effective. I would also be a lot safer if they increased the separation between shooters at the lanes. More steel plating between shooters to offer better protection and safety.
