Went in for a transfer and it took an hour. Part of that was due to being ignored when I walked in the door and then after I filled out the form. While waiting I asked the guy about some wall hangers and dude barely talked to me. The fee was also $5 higher than they said on the phone. I know the experience it wasn’t personal because they ignored other people as well.

Range time is fairly priced, lunch special 11-2 M-F, even better price if you get the membership, pays for itself if you shoot often. Friendly staff, basic and advanced courses, competitions and events, great selection of rental and for-sale firearms, ammo and accessories.

I recently went in for a class. All the staff there were very polite and helpful. The instructor for my class, Eric, did an amazing job instructing and demonstrating. Any questions or concerns were addressed politely and without judgment. The class was thorough and detailed, with a lot of demonstrations, pictures, and hands-on practice. It was better than I expected, and I look forward to my next class!

I took a basic safety course with Eric a few weeks ago and I feel so much better around firearms now. I am very fearful of guns due to previous bad experiences but decided to take a class to hopefully get over the fear and Eric helped me so much! He made me feel safe the whole time and let me know my fear was normal and justified, but helped me work through it so I could build confidence and safety skills. Highly recommend their handgun safety course!
