Just had a private lesson with Bill. He was fantastic, very knowledgable and helpful with skill /technique. He answered all my questions on safety and gun law. I highly recommend Bill.
I sent customer service a complaint about range wait time. They sent directions on how to cancel my membership. That tells you everything you need to know about Range USA.
I recently had a private lesson with Bill to refresh my limited handgun skills and to build a foundation to safely participate in range activities. He greatly exceeded my expectations, covering everything I requested and a number of important "bonus" topics. I left significantly more confident/comfortable and interested in continuing to practice and learn. I highly recommend Bill for anyone interested in becoming a competent and responsible firearm owner.
If I could give this place zero stars I would, I called and talked to Sean the store manager about trading in a gun and drove 30 minutes. There to only be told they will not take long guns when I told him on the phone what I had and he said I can’t give you a price you have to come in so I did to only be told that they are not taking long guns. Not only that I stood in line for 20 minutes, because everybody was busy, waiting for Sean to help me while he milked the clock until 1:00 when he had a conference call so he could not help me. he was not busy at all, He just did not want to help me. I literally watched him stand there and look at the clock for 10 minutes pretend like He was doing something.
This was my first firearm purchase and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience . I received a lot of great information, I was kept informed along the way and feel that I received excellent service . I have signed up for a private lesson and joined with a basic membership so I can feel comfortable with my new firearm and get experience shooting. I highly recommend checking them out ! Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I recently had a private lesson with David C. at Range USA, and I wanted to share my experience. As someone who had never shot a firearm before, I was understandably nervous about the class. My primary goal was to learn about self-defense. My experience started with a seamless purchase on your website, and picking it up in-store was a breeze—what a great experience! Feeling encouraged, I quickly became a member and signed up for a private lesson. I scheduled an appointment online and met with David C. He did an incredible job teaching me about the firearm I purchased. His calm demeanor immediately made me feel more at ease. David walked me through how to grip my firearm, explained different sight lines, and gradually built my confidence. We dove into the key characteristics of marksmanship, the four universal rules, and the eight cycles of function. By the time we were ready to head to the range, I was excited rather than anxious. Throughout the shooting practice, David was right by my side, offering valuable feedback and reminders. When I took my first shot, he was there to guide me, providing insights on my performance and encouraging me along the way. Overall, my lesson was a fantastic experience, and I truly appreciated David's expertise and support. I arrived feeling nervous but left with newfound confidence. Thank you, Range USA, for providing such a welcoming and educational environment. Best regards, Greg Hough
My husband bought a gun over a week and a half ago. We were told it would take 3 days due to the green card application process, as it is different, apparently. He kept calling and they kept saying "corporate is holding it". But when we called corporate, they said that his gun was approved on Monday to be released. So they were essentially just holding his gun, even though he paid in full A WEEK AND A HALF AGO. We were even members, expected much more.
It was a great class with Joseph.I will be back.
Well stocked shop but they wouldn't let me shoot because I didn't have a US passport (travelling for work) Still nice service and good advice on where to go for some shooting
I missed my class due to being in a car accident and was disappointed to learn that I wasn’t allowed to reschedule. When I contacted customer service, I was told that all rescheduling must be done at least two days in advance, with no exceptions. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
