My private lesson was AMAZING! ANNETTE IGNOFFO is a awesome instructor! I did the defensive gun class and Annette pointed out quite a few bad habits i had like my stance, aiming, being able to move my body in accordance to where I need to shoot. By the end of my class my stance, aiming and understanding my weapon was point on! Best class I've ever had!

Wednesday my son and I had a basic handgun training session with Annette. I was hoping for an instructor that would be patient, though, and keep my son and I at ease, as we were both a bit nervous. At the end of the class, my son and I felt much more competent and comfortable with handling a firearm. Annette is Excellent.

I used to go every week. One week I ended up buying two pistols had to wait my time the day I went to pick them up apparently they went on sale I asked before I picked them up is there anyway I could save that 200 bucks the guy said absolutely I actually just did it for a guy right in front of you. That's a perfect than a manager walked up and started yelling at him saying no we can't do that that's coming all the way from corporate. Great to know a multi multi million dollar company had to draw the line at me. and for this I'll never go back. #greed

Just took the CCL class. Thanks to Annette for running a great class. It was very informative and she kept it interesting. Will definitely be taking more classes there.

Annette is the Best! I got a lot of helpful information from her 16 hour CCL Class.

Who ever " Rob " is answering phone calls has no customer service skills . Answering the phone calls super rushed and giving information so aggressively. Probably new but definitely not a great representation of this great location.

I came here with my dad about 2 years ago and I got to say it was a fun experience definitely will come back someday.

Customer service is useless. I was told at the store to contact corporate (Shorewood location). No effort was made to help with the issue of a damage firearm shipped from range USA. Multiple attempts and documentation sent to the customer support email address with no response. I will be taking my bussiness else were.
