Purchased a pistol that was supposed to be optics cut. It was not. The picture showed it was. There was nothing in the description to say otherwise. There disclaimer is, there picture and description might not be right, check the manufacturer website. I did that. The website doesn’t list one that’s threaded without an optic cut. Seemed to make sense that this one would be. Of course they offer zero help. So, here’s your one star.

Helpful service. As someone who moved from out of state looking to buy a rifle they were very helpful in making me aware of some Illinois specific laws and requirements.

**Terrible experience from their online store** I accidentally made a duplicate purchase of 1000 9mm of ammo that I bought overnight. Less than a hour after ordering I noticed & acted proactively & emailed them right away. LockedLoaded.com charged me a 15% cancellation fee on a $230 order for an order that never shipped —that was still stuck in pending. I explained how it was an honest mistake and that I only wanted that one order. And they just stonewalled me with some greedy response about “policy”, and didn't want to elaborate on it any further. no flexibility, no empathy, just pure greed honestly didn’t even sounds like they wanted to help me. Instead inflexible, dismissive, and clearly more interested in squeezing money out of honest mistakes than keeping customers happy.

EDIT: Response from retailer "When a request for cancellation is submitted and the order has not shipped, ..." Blah, blah blah. Buyer beware. Check BBB, YELP and other reviews prior to making an order with this retailer. Placed an order on a Sunday night during off business hours, within the hour realized the item was not compatible for my use and canceled the order, hit with 15% restocking fee. My fault. Read Better Business Bureau, Yelp, and other reviews related to this business, none of them are good. The reviews on Google are mostly 1 star or 5 star. They probably have their friends banging out good reviews. I guess business is good enough to need a customer once instead of a lifelong customer..
