Range USA Naperville

I visited the store one morning to possibly purchase a firearm I have been reading about. I found the firearm in a display case and stood there waiting for assistance for a half hour. I finally left after being ignored. Only two individuals were working the counter, each busy with a single customer. If you like feeling invisible, this is the store for you. They have a large selection of products on display but not enough employees. If you go there to make a purchase, plan on spending a lot of time waiting for assistance.

Cherise was great, rented a lane for an hour and she offered great tips!

Great location and amazing people there in the range and on the floor.

Gazing at the display cases throughout the whole store with only one other customer at the register, over half an hour before any of the 6+ employees standing around asked if I needed any assistance. Wouldn’t recommend this location, negative atmosphere.

Well kept gun range with all the accessories one might need. Range officers are knowledgeable and super friendly.

Took the CCL renewal course yesterday with John Cook as the instructor. He was super pleasant and knowledgeable and made the class zoom by. The classroom and range were very nice. I’m very glad I chose Range USA Naperville to take the course.
