Great as always
This is place is awesome and helpful
“Terrible first-time experience. They put me in the wrong tactical range instead of the beginner one, so I hit the metal above the target — then they charged me $25 for a scratch. Very unprofessional and unfair treatment for new shooters.”
I visited soon after they opened, and look forward to returning when I am in the area again to see how they are doing. It is So cool to have a gun shop & range in the area
This is the best range and gun shop I have visited. Staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable! They never make anyone feel like they don’t belong there. Rare to find in the gun ranges and shops I’ve visited. This is my favorite range hands down!
Professional place people there were helpful and attentive
well... in the beginning the gentleman that helped us set up the range and setup was very communicative and on point with rules and regulations..... he remembered all the names and was specific about rules... which after entering 3 members followed.. me being a non foid card holder watched through the window(curious if that glass is bullet proof cus some people are stupid).. any way as I watched an HOUR of my family members load and fire their firearms.... through the process i heard and saw and listened to 2 members of staff call my father ""the old man"" and listened to the safety staff talk about HIM (my father) as the OLD MAN while they viewed and witnessed my Dad do things that were technically not allowed.. as pointing his 22 long rifle toward the ceiling for 2 seconds before he aimed down range as to take his shot.. My dad is a Pistol expert and a firearms expert through MARINES..... it was a 2 second incident and the 2 individuals at the counter watching on camera said he was being STUPID and incompetent.... my DAD is SMARTER THAN YOU .. one ( a guy been employed 2 days and a woman who knows HOW was employed.... maybe a month or two.. maybe longer??.. but i sat outside the range watching through the windows and they viewed ...THE OLD MAN on their cameras.. and made constant comments on him and his abilities and functions.. THATS MY DAD I SAID.. he has more knowledge that you as working here 2 days and you are berating him behind the lines... if I OWNED that place and maybe I DO.. and I saw and HEARD these comments.. I would be seriously upset for a VETERAN that is a pistol and firearm EXPERT.. he has MEDALS for such.. ...its SAD that there are 1 star reviews and people that berate others out here in this facility.. .. if I WERE undercover as owner... which MAYBE I AM.... those 2 people would not work here a they didnt even fix the company situation... as CEO and OWNER of this facility( which all paying customers ARE) youre FIRED.. and i will make it so and my personal business that mr 2 day English guy and that woman on his side never berate anyone and be forever forgotten from my facility the WORST THING an owner can do is respond to a comment and TRY to make things right.. Ramsay would have you struck down.. it is what it is,... ZERO STARS
Started coming to 355 during the pandemic. The place is nice and clean, and they don't play around about safety. The range officer on duty was extremely knowledgeable and helpful if I had any questions, even on range. Honestly I like the "tough love" type of mentality that I notice some are mentioning. Hey, we all have bad days and working at a gun range I'm sure they'd like those days very limited which is why they may seem a bit uptight when they notice a issue. They lady at the desk that people are saying is rude I get it, but she's not that bad, lbvs. Eyes, and ears, mask up. Have fun stay safe y'all #RonaSeason2020
