I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and Salesman John handled my espresso-fueled rapid-fire questions like a pro. He patiently walked me through more than 20 handguns, answering everything I threw at him with ease. In the end, I purchased the P10C Ported 9mm and honestly, I almost walked out with three more thanks to the combination of pricing and outstanding service. Other employees were equally courteous, even acknowledging me as I left. The level of customer service here is truly top-tier, better than any gun store I’ve visited. If this experience proves consistent, J.R. may have just gained a customer for life.

I ordered a firearm through this shop and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The gun came in quickly, the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was handled professionally. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again.

I wouldn't give any stars if I could but they require you to pick at least one. Me and my lawyer walked this place and I was hoping for this place to be of honesty and valor but I was instead greeted with disrespect and uncourtesy. We where rudely, poorly, and disrespectfully treated. I fault like the southern employee at the counter was totally disrespecting me and the lawyer I came with because it seemed to me like he looked at us as city boys. The appraised 3 guns and then offered to buy all 3 of them for extremely low scam prices. $200 for a Rifle worth easily $600, $50 for a 22 pistol worth $150 or more and only $20 for a 357 magnum worth at lest $300. The appraisals only took around 15 minutes but they charged $15 for the appraisals, what a total scam!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Great customer service, only place I buy my guns from.

My friend and I had never handled, much less shot a gun in our lives. We came here for lessons and the experience with Taylor was amazing! She was very patient in explaining all aspects of gun safety, loading, aiming; she offered correction when needed or asked, and she kept good track of time to make sure we got through all our rounds before our hour was up. Best of all, this all came at a very reasonable price! Highly recommended.
