Awesome women's self defense class! Highly recommend 😀

Took my wife here for an intro course and he was great. Very patient and understanding. I think my wife will continue down this path.

Just completed the conceal carry class and I can say Todd does a great job of conducting the class and he is very knowledgeable on the subject. I would recommend this class highly.

Todd’s personality makes it fun to learn about a very serious topic. People in our class ranged from very new to experienced and in conversations among classmates it was apparent we were all able to learn something between the legal aspects and the act of using firearms safely. The gentlemen assisting on the range are very knowledgeable and enjoy helping others as much as Todd. To best summarize my opinion of the course provided is, I will be having my wife attend the concealed carry class and also all the courses put on through Patriot Defense for women’s self defense.

Haters going to hate, but I did shop a few local classes out before deciding on Mr. Eccles' class. There were two deciding factors for me. The big one was not having to meet somewhere for classroom, then having to drive elsewhere for range time. It's already an all day affair so to reduce that drive time into more time with the instructor was a big driving force for me. The second factor was hearing Mr. Eccles' on my radio, Mr. Eccles' hosts a show with a couple other gentlemen local to Twin, so it felt like I already knew him a bit. Mr. Eccles also has a Podcast I have tuned into, and Having that familiarity made me more comfortable joining a class of strangers. Then we get to the class, very diverse and it was interesting getting to know just a bit of everyone. Mr. Eccles does his bit, then he brings the Sheriff in to do his bit. Personalities galore, very enjoyable class and it zoomed by. We broke for lunch and if your smart you'll bring your own so you can sit in the classroom and enjoy the banter with Mr. Eccles and classmates. Once we moved to the range another of Mr. Eccles' associates arrives to assist the class, another celebrity of the radio show and podcast! Bothe Mr. Eccles and his associate were very helpful to point out was to be better and to guide us to actually gain some skill during this portion of the class, very organized and low pressure. I think that part is important too, as this could be very stressful for the new 2A practitioners. I enjoyed the class so much I signed up for the advanced classes Mr. Eccles hosts and look forward to this summer!
