As with most places, impact went to the birds. I ordered 5 things online, and it took the better part of a month to receive them...and they all came in piecemeal. Several shipping and received emails later, I had to call them because they misplaced a single item. It seemed to be on purpose because I questioned their shipping policy and complained about the MANY emails I was getting from them. Seriously, just hold the order until it all comes in, do your job and correctly input when each item is ready, and then call not with each item but when the entire order is ready. I am not sure why this was so difficult. I got to the point where I dreaded seeing yet another email from them. When I picked up the main part of the order, I was ignored at the front desk for about 7 minutes, only the range clerk was working. Finally I walked back to the range clerk and even though I was next in line, having stood there for an additional 5 minutes, I was told to wait for all the others to be rang in... I was most assuredly a second class citizen and I just shook my head at how absurd it all was. When I ordered everything, it said free shipping...turns out that meant almost free and only to their store. Bait and switch. Well I am sure glad they didn't charge me for their other logistical problems. Also, I got charged 5 dollars shipping for them to ship ammo from one store to this one....why am I paying for your logistical problems? I mean I get your a bit cheaper than the others...and I even appreciate it, but I left feeling nickle and dimed. Nothing about this was a simple as it should have been. As an end user, I couldn't tell what was happening with the order whatsoever, not even on their website. One rep told me most items were coming to my door, and another stated to the store. The website wasn't updated and I had to go through several emails, and call them and make them physically look, before I knew the whole order had arrived. And that took 2 phonecalls, for on the first I was told 1 item was not yet arrived even though it had been sitting on their shelf for a few long days.. Finally, I didn't like the scope and requested to return it. Their answer was I would have to pay for shipping to UT???? Again with the charging me for their logistics, nickle dime. Just keep the scope in your ID store...someone will probably want it. Overall, it's like they don't know what they are doing, and they have attitudes about anyone who dares ask questions. 🙄 I've been a long term customer....I am going elsewhere. I've seen this kind of thing before and it usually means they are going under....besides, the confusion and frustration are not woth any cheaper prices.

Friendly Owner and staff, very knowledgeable about products. Sometimes you can find a painted rock outside and can take it to hide for someone else to find.

Love this place and have come here for the 5 years in Boise. I would recommend it with enthusiasm. I have also bought several guns in-store and accessories online. I know the prices are on point. I have dealt with a lot of different staff and the lady who runs this place knows how to make it go.
