Terrible experience they completely messed up my order, then shipped it to the wrong place and wont return any calls or help in anyway, I keep getting told a supervisor will call me well that never happened, they messed up and refuse to take responsibility

Real Deal

Their finance department keeps flagging my purchases as fraudulent. One order went through and I assume because I used a different card they flag it as fraudulent. I called and spoke to the woman and verified all of my information and she said the finance department would reach out to me. They never did. Customer service is terrible. I can’t even but their proprietary magazines because it’s getting flagged. Terrible company to do business with. Missed out on daily deals and cannot purchase magazines for my new pistol

I have bought many guns from Palmetto state armory. Yesterday i was there to pick up two. The employee Mark Williams was the best employee that has helped me thus far. Mark was very polite and helpful with the process and all the questions i had. I even bought another pistol while i was there and Mark helped with that also, matching your online price. Thank you Mark

your phone system sucks and doesn't provide answers to simple questions

I've ordered a grip from this company. Never had an issue before. Recently ordered optics and two pistols. This last order took longer than normal(optics) pistols as of today the ffl recieved it 2 days ago. The order for optics is still in processing. Viewing the order I see shipping protection added to individual items. Something I did not select, nor ever used. So I call Janet and was advised there is a supply chain issue and its taking longer than normal. I asked to remove protection and she says they can not refund. If we don't want it. Its our job to unselect. That's not right.

Good inventory, Dakota is super helpful and very knowledgeable. Would recommend.
