two stars and I’m being nice it was clean and efficient but the overall environment was very hostile. I’m a black male 34 about 6 feet tall X military went there on a date with my girlfriend also in her 30s we were greeted and taken care of semi graciously. But from there the environment was a little too overwatch for me the rain safety was “overly attentive“ when there was clearly other patrons there that were a lot less skilled and qualified to be there for me I don’t know what the reason may be I’m being funny but it just seems like I got a little too much attention thanks

Had an outstanding class with Mark — not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but his impressive and respectable career really shines through. He’s got a great sense of humor, and his open, easygoing style makes learning both comfortable and genuinely fun. After the class, I traded in a couple of my firearms and had a top-notch experience with the sales team. Sales Manager Ryan went above and beyond to help, while Ryan 2.0 was incredibly helpful and patient as I peppered him with questions about sights, lights, and other accessories. The whole experience felt personal, professional, and refreshingly down-to-earth. All in all, a fantastic experience from start to finish — I’ll definitely be back.

Great service and knowledgable employees but shout out to David who’s the best employee and proves outstanding customer service.

This is the most racist place I’ve ever visited. The gentleman ignored me & my daughter when we entered the store & stood in front of him without him acknowledging my presence. When I asked for a lane the man responded “It’s Not Gonna Happen”! Mind you I had to go to the other counter to ask the gentleman about renting a lane to get sent back to the same rude guy. His tune changed when I told him I was a deputy but at this point the damage was already done. Rude ppl don’t need to have any contact with costumer’s at all. If your a in LE in Cobb, Paulding, Hiram, or Dallas just stay away.

Great people. However, the safety barriers are compromised and the ceiling has way too many bullet strikes. This is an indication of poor range safety and an untrained RO. Please maintain the safety of your range. Thank you.
