Morgan greeted us on entry, and we were definitely in the market of home defense. She asked all the questions to determine what we were looking for and wrote it down so nothing would be missed. She showed us items from three different cases, allowed us to handle them, explained features, offered tips. My husband is well-versed in home defense tools while I am incredibly rusty, but it was nice to see how much Morgan cared about good information and form. We’re very happy with our experience and will be returning to utilize their range.
Fantastic customer service. Plenty of inventory to inspect and plenty of rental guns as well. The lanes are a bit pingy but good early protection makes up for that. All in all a great place to go for a late evening range session.
I was in love 2 min into this store, nice staff, very helpful, and plenty of room on the indoor range. Will definitely be back for sure!!
I can't say enough great things about this awesome gun store and range. It is a great place to purchase a firearm and they have a pretty enormous selection to shop from, from budget to high-end hand guns, shot guns, Ar-15's, bolt action rifles or pretty whatever type of firearm you are looking for and also get in some target practice, zero in a new scope or red dot.The staff is great, very helpful and pleasant to talk with and I'd like to say thanks again to staff member Kervin for being very courteous and helpful. My experience overall was great so I must say Main Street for the win.
Pleasant and Very knowledgeable staff. Huge selection of firearms of all kinds at fair prices.
Wasn’t a fan of the gaslighting I experienced from the staff.
I was notified my gun arrived so I went in today and the owner and Rick went above and beyond to complete the transaction. I have been buying guns, using the range for many years and everyone is extremely professional and helpful. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Chill spot to shoot your gun. For $30 you can shoot all month long. The actual lane is better than GA gun club. Wider and more padded, the table surface is also larger. Wish they had more comprehensive training classes, including move and shoot drills. Or days where they have obstacle course type shooting. But for the money, you cannot beat it.
If the platform allowed for a negative zero, this would be the time to add it here. I've been supporting this business since I relocated from Chicago over a year ago. My first-year experience was top tier but lately not so much. I visited this establishment recently, and I have to say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The outside temperature was well over 90 degrees in Atlanta, yet the air conditioning inside was either not working or completely ineffective. It was unbearably hot, and the place was overcrowded, making the situation even worse. Everyone around me was clearly uncomfortable and openly complaining about the heat. It’s unacceptable for a business to operate under these conditions, especially during peak summer months. Comfort and safety should be a priority—not an afterthought. Until proper climate control is addressed, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to others. This kind of oversight shows a serious lack of concern for guests' well-being. On two different occasions, the AC hasn't been working. Yesterday, I invited five ladies to join me on my weekly visit to experience Main Street Guns & Range and guess what??? NO AC!! What in heaven is going on??? The Shenanigans!!!! The line was out the door; everyone was complaining about how uncomfortable it was inside. Some people walked out and talked in the parking lot about how uncomfortable it was. This is utterly ridiculous. Why have a top tier establishment without AC when the outside temperature is upper 90s??? I cram to understand the logic.... Management DO BETTER!!!
